Terms of Service
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Athena, including our website, APIs, loaders, modules, licenses, and related services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a license, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services. Continued use after we publish updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
By signing up, you expressly agree that Athena may collect and process your IP address and hardware identifiers for as long as you use the platform, solely to operate, secure, and enforce the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Licenses and purchases
Paid licenses grant a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use Athena according to the plan you purchased and these Terms. Licenses are tied to your account and the enforcement controls we apply to prevent abuse.
Unless required by law, license fees are non-refundable once delivered. If your account is deleted or permanently banned, associated licenses are terminated and are not restored.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, unpacking, instrumenting, or otherwise analyzing Athena APIs, loaders, modules, clients, or related protected components except where mandatory law expressly allows it and only to that limited extent
- Bypassing, tampering with, or interfering with license checks, authentication, integrity checks, or anti-abuse systems
- Sharing, reselling, leasing, or publicly distributing licenses, builds, dumps, logs, or credentials
- Attempting to evade a ban, blacklist, or enforcement action, including by creating new accounts after a permanent ban
- Using the Services in a way that harms Athena, other users, or third parties
5. Reverse engineering and permanent blacklist
If you purchase or hold an Athena license and are found reverse engineering the platform — including its APIs, loaders, modules, or related protected components — you will be permanently blacklisted.
When a permanent blacklist is applied, the identifiers associated with the banned user (including relevant hardware identifiers and related enforcement signals) may be logged and retained in an internal database so that the same user cannot simply create another account and continue abusing the Services.
Permanent blacklists are final within the scope of our platform enforcement. We may refuse service, terminate licenses, and deny future registrations linked to blacklisted identifiers.
6. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account. Account deletion is handled in line with applicable GDPR requirements for erasure where they apply.
Once your account has been deleted, you cannot recover your data. This includes profile information, history, and licenses. Deletion is permanent and irreversible from the user’s perspective.
Limited records may be retained where we have a lawful reason to do so, such as security enforcement, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance — for example, blacklist entries created after reverse-engineering abuse.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, abuse the Services, compromise platform security, or create risk for Athena or other users. Termination for reverse engineering or related abuse may include permanent blacklisting as described above.
8. Intellectual property
Athena, including its software, branding, loaders, modules, APIs, documentation, and site content, is owned by Athena or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athena and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, licenses, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services or from enforcement actions taken under these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or community channels.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be raised through our official Discord community or the support channels we publish on the Athena site.
This page is provided for transparency about how Athena operates. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice. If you do not agree with these terms, do not create an account or use the platform.
